ITM offers a wide choice of sprockets matching any type of crawler machine application and most common final drive types, from mini-excavators to mining dozers.
A wide range of three to six teeth segments suitable for dozer track-type machines ranging from 6 to 100 tons is also available.
ITM production includes monobloc cast sprockets. Using special formula steel and advanced programs for cast simulation, ITM is able to optimise the casting dies, thus averting any possible defect of the component and providing high quality products.
Special steel combined with optimal heat treatments result in effective hardened depth, that ensures excellent wear resistance, longer life and the best mechanical characteristics of the products.
ITM designs and manufactures fabricated sprockets as well.
"Precision" hot forged segments are provided for most applications while cast segments are supplied for large sizes.
Different types of heat treatments are adopted to obtain the best characteristics of the products that provide a perfect match for every specific application.
Segments are specially machined to guarantee both quality and efficient operation.
