• ITR track chains
ITR track chains are the most durable chains on the market. The ITR product line of track chains is one of the widest ranges on the market.

The material used for production shortens the production process. This has a positive effect on the retail price. Consequently, ITR is able to produce the highest-quality materials against extremely competitive prices.

FORGED LINKS
ITR links are forged from boron steel, quenched, tempered, and induction-hardened using the latest automated link-hardening equipment to ensure excellent wear resistance for track links under even the most severe working conditions.

LINKS
ITR links are designed using the latest CAD (Computer Aid Design) systems to maximise the contact surface between the pins and bushings. They are produced to precise tolerances to insure perfect fit and sealing. The rail hardness is > Rockwell C50 with a case hardness depth of up to 12 mm. depending on link size. The core hardness is > Rockwell C32. Split links are profiled according to the latest OE design using state-of-the art EDM wire cutting technology.

SEALED AND LUBRICATED EXCAVATOR CHAINS
Excavator links are lubricated using “Extreme Pressure Synthetic Grease” and fitted with the latest style polyurethane seals to maximise lubricant retention and insure long life.

SEAKED ABD LUBRICATED DOZER / LOADER CHAINS
Lubricated dozer chains are sealed using polyurethane seals and metal rings to extend operating life and to eliminate the possibility of dry joints between “wet turns”.

PINS AND BUSHINGS
Pins and bushings are critical to the wear life of track chains. They are dimensionally matched to ensure joint integrity and perfect fit and sealing. The outside surface hardness is > Rockwell C58 to a depth of > 4 mm. with a core hardness of > Rockwell C34.

BUSHINGS
The surface hardness of the track bushing is crucial for uniform wear resistance and long life. ITR bushings have a surface hardness of Rockwell C55 to a depth of over 3.5 mm. The inner bore surface hardens to Rockwell C53 to a depth of over 3.5 mm.

CHAIN ASSEMBLY
Lubricated chains are assembled on fully automated chain assembly lines. Seal installation, plug introduction and oil fill quantities are 100% computer-controlled and every joint is individually pressure-tested to eliminate the possibility of leakage while operating. Min / Max interference fit tolerances between the pins, bushings and links are maintained automatically by min/max press force specifications. This process minimises link breakage and pin / bushing drifting.

CUSTOMISED ASSEMBLED TRACK GROUPS
ITR will supply customised, assembled track groups with a wide variety of track shoe designs upon request.

WARRANTY
All ITR chains and undercarriages are covered by one of the most extended warranties in the industry.
